At K9 Mindset Dog Psychology Training, we understand that dogs living in the same household can influence one another’s behaviors. Our approach focuses on understanding each dog’s individual needs as well as the overall household dynamics.
While an assessment may initially be scheduled for one dog, additional dogs in the household may need to be evaluated or incorporated into the training process if their behaviors are contributing to the concerns being addressed.
Training recommendations and pricing are determined by the number of dogs requiring active participation in the training program, rather than simply the number of dogs living in the household.
If additional dogs need to be included, any adjustments to the training plan or associated costs will be discussed with the client before moving forward.
Our goal is to address the underlying behavioral challenges within the household to help create lasting, balanced results.
At K9 Mindset Dog Psychology Training, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure appointment availability and respect everyone’s time, we ask clients to follow these guidelines.
24-Hour Cancellation Notice
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact K9 Mindset Dog Psychology Training directly.
Training Package Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule an appointment that is part of a training package, the original appointment will be canceled, and a replacement session will be scheduled at the end of your existing appointments, based on availability.
All other previously scheduled sessions will remain unchanged.
This allows clients to maintain their existing schedule without disrupting future appointments.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notification, may result in a cancellation fee.
For training packages, late cancellations or missed appointments may count as one of the purchased sessions.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations arise. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of K9 Mindset Dog Psychology Training.
